So the officers of OWCP started a company to lend themselves money without make that clear to investors and you find that as a positive? That sounds shady as f@&@ to me.

Yes, prior agreements with third parties should be cleared out before any lucrative partnership to happen.

OWCP finds a more suitable partner for US distribution.

It's only about US distribution; all other distribution agreements still remain in place.

OWCP repaying the loan to MEDMAR is very good because there will be no conflict of interest that could arise in the future. More importantly it could be a precursor to a much more lucrative partnership.
