Agreed. I was disputing the statement that Medmar would have to pay OWC or that maybe they don't have the $300,000 as posted by $UPERMAN (see below). I see that others have destroyed this falsity as well.

Watch, I would bet Medmar doesn't have the money to repay.

Now we learn they also didn't get legal permits in two states.

Could end up getting real ugly fast.

Maybe it was a surprise to them too?

Maybe they Do intend on disputing this with OWCP?

Maybe Medmar doesn't have the $300,000 to pay back?

It will be good to hear what Medmar says later today.
