Disney just draws little characters for movies. Any company could copy that and they do but they are still not Disney.

Starbucks just makes coffee. Anyone can do that and so many others do.

Chuck E Cheese already does this (sort of). That has not stopped GIGL from creating a strong customer base at its locations probably due to the package of great food, a space for parents to let down their guard a bit, and fun times for the kiddos.

It is all about the secret sauce, in this case, maybe the Tricky Treat Sauce. :)

Gator,

That statement from the 10k is so generic imo (as most statements in filings) but I will cover one for fun I suppose.

I see it this way, why reinvent the wheel if the concept already exists and has a semi cult following with celebs? We all know the celebs that frequent GIGL so I am not going to dive into that but I believe a LARGER company would just invest or buy us out.

Why do I feel this way? It's not easy to get celebs to back your brand via show instead of tell if you know what I mean. They come to our restaurants because they enjoy GIGL with their family. No one begs them to come to our restaurants (well maybe their children do ;-) ), they just come.

If anything, I see John kaufman And Phil Gay pulling another CPK and landing a large investor such as Pepsi.

yeah, last time I checked McDonald's had a playground in their stores

what a novel concept, open a store to serve food and keep your kids occupied

I have an idea, get a babysitter.....problem solved
