You Too? I have been having Major Issues with TD Ameritrade and Many of my Trades have not even gone through and I have to shut it off and reset it all time which is a Royal Pain in the Ass, Especially when you see that stock Dropping or Shooting up.
Most of the Time I make a Trade I get 4 Error Messages that say,
"Failed to load balances and Positions" and Below at the Bottom it says ("Invalid Session") This is the same Message i have been getting all week.
Then when i tried to pull up my Options i get a Message that says,
"Error Getting Option Chain"
Anyone else Getting these Issues?
I wound up with a Million Dollars worth of SLV shares in my Account due to this as my Option sell never went in and I was above the Strike price.
I went to sell it right away when i was just about Even and it never went through again and by the time I was able to Dump a Million Dollars of SLV i was Down a few Grand which is Effed Up.
They tried to make up for it and gave me 30 Free Trades....
They should give me a Million Free Trade just like they did when they Stuck with those SLV Shares.
