Take the address from ZJMY website as right official address.

Go to http://zhongjimingyang.com/index.html#page2. Copy the highlighted string as shown in following screenshot, paste it into maps.baidu.com, you will find the location.

Go to street view, browse around, you will find the office building having nine red Chinese characters in front of entrance which says "Cultural industry park office building". ZJMY is on the 5th floor.
