halston: Now let's look at reality. In the last 4 1/2 years they have developed a new technology since the first one didn't work. A normal company would probably take that long even if they had enough money the whole time.

So with limited resources they have now developed a brand new type of DSL, that is not just tweaking existing technology. It is so good that they, HS, and Telcordia all say that it is the best on the market: faster speeds, farther reach, less jitter, lower latency, and more features than anything else available. It is also a "smart chip" that can have multiple applications put on the chip with their tech, thus making it far cheaper, and very attractive to potential buy-out candidates.

You, along with some others, believe they are a scam and a failure because they have missed some past deadlines (although they were predicated on having enough money) and because they currently don't have the chip on the market. You totally ignore the progress they have made each year, and the fact that they released v 1.3 of their FPGA chip in January, and v 1.4 in May or June. You also ignore what very reputable companies have said about their technology. You have absolutely NO evidence that either Telcordia or HellSoft have ever been anything but truthful.

I do support the company in that I believe they have what they say they have, and the evidence behind me is substantial. You on the other hand ignore ALL of the evidence and progress, and are convinced they are a scam because of what? That they haven't fulfilled the whole mission yet. You see, I haven't been wrong about them, because they DO HAVE what they say they have. You on the other hand are 100% wrong in saying they are a scam. If you think you know more than HS and Telcordia, I say have fun in your delusion. If you and others choose not to believe the experts, that doesn't seem to smart to me. Consequently you won't apparently make money from this investment, and others will.

You sure don't show me much of an ability to evaluate the situation.
