Blog or not, and no matter where they are posted, the documents are real. You can go dig them up yourself with the court system (Pacer, Lexis Nexis, etc. are all places / links you can find it all). It's all public. It is all attainable by any person by you or anyone else who wishes to check it out for themselves.
