10k was filed last year a little late. Normal for OTC's. Filed August 15th. Due end July. Last Q. March 22. Due Jan 31st. Again, no big deal.

They can delay the filing by two

weeks until May 15th with an 8-K notice.
And they delay it again. This is common.
