a r/s would be very dumb at this point..there is no rush for an r/s.

they should just cut the dividend.

earnings come out today..a R/S would be bad..dividend cut makes more sense organically.

added big to my CLF position today..a very misunderstood company which will be a great investment in coming years. they have paid down $1 billion in debt in like 15 months
