IF THEY HALT 220 SYMBOLS THEN IN A WEEK THERE WILL BE NO PENNY STOCK TRADING ANYMORE.THE BIG REASON FOR A HALT IS IF THE SEC IS TRYING TO REACH THE COMPANY,AND AFTER SEVERAL TRYS,NOT ONE FROM THE COMPANY RESPONDS.THEN IT IS A HALT.
