That's the figure I came up with at SEILs current price. I own a little under 10 mill. 9.8 mill.

10mil PMEA/8= 1,250,000 SEIL 1,250,000 x .05 = $62,500
original kept 10mil PMEA x.0005 = $5000

Total value if it happened right now $5,000 PMEA +$62,500 SEIL= $67,500

No way SEIL shares stay that high IMO, but why take a deal that would tank your share price? Feel free to throw stones here, I'm just laying out my understanding of what is currently known, and trying to figure this out like everyone on the board.....Except for that one guy who is all knowing and thinks he controls the whole thing....he may be in a boat by himself.

Off by 90% would still be $6,750 which is worth more than 10mil PMEA currently.
