Well there obviously going to have to raise the authorized it would have been best if Pmea would have released yesterday's news with all the details included ie what's happens to Pmea as going concern , are the converted shares restricted and if so for how long, what avenue will be used for future financing etc not some vague pr about 1-8 swap of shares and details will be forth coming in 30-45 days so again we have to wait wondering
