Don..that is correct..my Dad is a retired Union carpenter
and he said the TVA (Tennessee Valley Authority) just
threw the forms away after the first use most of time..
to much time and trouble to remove nails and dried concrete..
he worked for years on the Sequoyah Nuclear plant, then
moved up river to the Watts Bar plant where he retired
about 10 years ago..
