FWIW, I'm not tickled about the management of XKEM at the moment but I direct my criticisms toward them. Make a call, write a letter, but be PROACTIVE. You negative losers prefer to make others unhappy just like you. By the way, last I checked, the elderly woman from Chicago with the mean smoker's cough has her money in CHDT & SLJB. Must be making a boatload on those too. Sad.
