nice post palm beachAJ ..."ESPECIALLY" the 3rd to last paragraph so,so true .. they[BMS,ELI,PFiZER,merck,ANY OF UM] would run XKEM/NICOSAN into a hole 590 ft underground in a N.J. minute if they got the chance.... think I will vote yes on the AS increase.....if big pharma tookover Xechem.. still market NICOSAN? or bury it? ONWARD..FORWARD WE GO ...NICOSAN/Xechem MUST SURVIVE..Xechem needs the x-tra shares IMO, to offer/lure perspective top end pharma mgmt. personnel with stock options... God & shareholders know Xechem must get/hire/lure some of pharmas top guns to get this XKEM rocket off the launch pad into space for good/keeps.in long run it will pay off in big way.. any highly skilled, well known big pharma mgmt.personel joining Xechem & co. could/will make huge difference in XKEM pps as well ??? IMO

Sure, I know that his concerns of a hostile takeover are valid... but I don't feel right about just handing over 29% of my shares to them so that they can own 50.1% of the company... I would rather they did a buyback and bought those shares legitimately from me..

Dilution is a part of penny stocks... I know that, I would never just run because I heard that word... but if you're telling me that their intention to increasing the A/S in order to steal a larger share of the market (for FREE) is ethical, then I will say, no I do not think it is ethical.

We may or may not hear news, so to say you assure it is pointless... The only thing we can be sure of at the moment is, the A/S is most likely going to be increased to 5 billion, and all we can do is hope they don't try to do unethical things like dilute for the sake of stealing a percentage of the company back. I've said it before, and I'll say it again... if they're diluting to take care of legitimate expenses for the company, I am all for it... But I think stealing a percentage of my shares so that they can have a larger slice of the pie for themselves (to prevent a hostile takeover) is lower than low.
