Yes and all those charges were dropped!Im not sure what you missed!The case was open for years because there are other cases a head and litigation takes a long time, you act this is a small court claim but its not. And so you are saying the SEC knew of this guy in the 90s when data and tracking was harder but now in the age of data, internet and easier searches that they cant get him now?That he can continue to be fraudulent and break the SEC law for years and they don't care to stop him? Please explain to me why they would allow him to do these things. Not saying he cant stretch the truth but you are saying he is blatantly lying still but with no enforcement?

Further more as for EPA emissions standards pretty sure A LOT of MAJORS just got caught for that, no one has gone to jail. Not a soul. Fines paid and go on your way.
