Luke Thanks for the good info on DNI. Remember were all friends here just sharing information and voicing concerns. DNI's a small company, still ironing things out. In the name of being covert, DNI wasn't clear with the purpose for the financing.

You make valid points, clearly you have a deeper understanding of the business. I was responding with what I recalled of my opinion from a cursory look I made what seems like around a year ago.

The company could certainly be doing the right thing for shareholders, I don't know. The attempted acquisition of two companies, it isn't clear, at least to me, if the purpose was to try to get cash & working capital (eg rather than an acquisition it is more like an investment of those business owners in DNI). Maybe that's why it didn't go through as the equity offered had a market (in Jan 2016) of about a $1M. Doesn't square with getting $2.2M of cash & WC as well as ownership of some base metal exploration properties.

I chose not to go any further since there was something I didn't at the time and still don't quite understand.
