O-S: Sorry, but you didn't provide ANY proof that the C&D order was for real, yet. All I still see it your propagating your story, which still appears to be fraudulent. The signature is BEHIND the signature line! A simple magnification w/ Adobe and that is clearly evident. A hand written OR electronic signature would have been place on the document AFTER it was written, placing the signature OVER the signature line. Explain that one again?
".. it is plainly evident that the Fund didn't want to embarrass Rufus any more than he already was since he was trying to make amends.. despite the fact the deal was over.."
Gimme a break. Yet, you just somehow "magically" got a copy of it to post all over the internet? And you try to suggest that they didn't want to embarrass him? OMGsh. If we are to believe that letter was for real, the only way you could've gotten it was from someone inside the HSWF or CSHD. Well, I think we can rule out the apparent "perps" (as you wants us to believe) at CSHD because they're all "in on it". So, that just leaves someone at the HSWF. That being the case, it flies in the face of your statement italicised above.
Oh, and your supposed removal of the time stamp to thwart any confusion do to time difference? Please, that's all you DO is try to create confusion and doubt.
Further, to think that an entity that has a working relationship w/ another in a major deal such as this would issue such a scathing C&D order in an email just to have a simple phone call clear things up between them...well, that's just laughable to think that actaully took place.
Lastly, why do you continue to propogate this alleged story of yours if they (HSWF) allegedly requested to you that "this information not be published as Conversion Solutions Holdings Corp is making amends for their error."?
One would think that such a fine, honest, trustworthy, respectful (cough, cough, choke) person such as you would have us believe you are, would "cease and decist" from you own current actions and honor their request by taking it down from your website...supposed letter and supposed email(s).
Alas, just can't get yourself to do that though, can ya? loL!
What a joke.
