t bone, the way these company's do this is that they sell off a portion to another company for an amount that covers there cost thus making there interest in the prospect free. TXHE was to pay $100,000 for 85% or whatever it was and MXXR paid TXHE $150,000 for 57% thus making TXHE's portion free. Tonight I am currently witting out the DD for another pick of mine, it states clearly in the 10K with certain prospects like one in Montana where they hold a 100% interest that they plan to sell a portion of that interest to a point where it leaves there portion free of charge. I believe this is what TXHE did. I would look further into it tonight but I have enough to keep me busy right now. It will most likely always be a guessing game for everyone.
