If PCBM had 25B shares and 100B are sold and then the company retires 24B shares what happens to the 100B shares sold, they dont just go away. Come you guys are smarter than this right?

May I ask where you have gotten this information (about share retirement) from?
Now, you realize that if an announcement does not come out, people will say that the company had to pull it because the information was leaked.
Why would you leak information out???

Au contraire. If they continue to up the shares, continuing to buy will not be a problem. BTW - you haven't seen a Form 211 floating around have you? They have been missing for PCBM for over a year now.

What makes you think no one is selling?

You cannot continue to buy a stock forever and ever when no one is selling hence crash time and investors will when this one next week
