Spoke to Richard today He confirmed to me just like A LOT of other people here that the ticker change/financials will be released at the same time. The auditing process is taking a while as anyone who may have experienced such a thing before. It will be released when it is finished. Sell if you want but it could drop at any time and good luck chasing when it does because this will spike to dollars when it does release with a new ticker change.

Got a return call from Richard Oravec (IR-Pivo Associates) and within our 15-minute conversation asked him to share any updates that he can: he's also waiting on the latest financials from the accountant so he can file them and will be heading to China himself for a first time face-to-face meeting with Mr. Wang and others within a week or so allowing his doctor says it's okay to make the trip. Oravec also said he gets 30-40 calls/emails a day... gonna let this gentleman recuperate and rest because there's really nothing to question here but just be patient... it's coming... financials, name/ticker change, 8-Ks, acquisitions and so much more...imho

surprise..... I have sent the following text to the company
Ladies and gentlemen, I own 730K shares of DOLV. In their last update, they write that there will be another update about the financial situation in 2 weeks. These 2 weeks have now elapsed. My question: when will there be an update from them? Can I count on this week? Thank you in advance
And I have received 3 hours later this answer ... That is huge .... GEDULD people we are right
S****en,
Thank you for your interest in Dolat ventures. The company is working with the auditors on their financials and FINRA with regards to the name change. The company intends to complete both when both entities give them the okay. If you've worked with PCAOBA auditors and FINRA in the past, I'm sure your familiar with time challenges.
