no nerve hit - but your last post clearly proves you have no idea on the role of an AUDITOR is in an acquisition, which means you have never worked for either an auditing firm or a consulting firm and you are just posting what you think happens and not what happens

I really, really doubt KPMG or PWC would advise their client to withhold dissemination of material events.

Non-reporting or not.
