Yes, I can confirm that Chinese companies have made great strides recently in coming up to GAAP (generally accepted accounting practices) which is expected for companies trading in the USA.

I'm sure our owners have financials that meet GAAP requirements.....as they have planned this Merger for quite some time and know what it takes to merge into the USA.
