Although the amount NTEK owes and is stiffing K2 for is smaller than the amount NTEK owes and is stiffing Long Side for (hundreds of thousands versus millions of dollars), they have a valid stake and are adding monetary sanctions as well as a request for the judge to force NTEK to produce the required discovery:
