I was away on the days that the stock hit .15 so I'm going on conjecture. But I know when I looked at my account at Ameritrade, they wouldn't allow the stock to trade as the symbol had not adjusted.
Again, I didn't have the time to check it out thoroughly or to get to the bottom of what I could or could not do and others should feel free to correct me, but I don't think it was a real market that day, at least in the price and volume that would be typical of a day of a major event. It's akin to the other day when it traded at .10, but you and I could not sell. The market was in the .08's, but MM's threw in a .10 trade. It's pinkie land, so what the heck.
So, I had previously posted my opinion that I don't look at .15 as a real high, even though I'm sure some got burned on that day. I don't think I could have sold at .15, even if I wanted to do so, so that's the way I look at it.
