Can anyone lay out a scenario where merging with a company who has $900k in convertible debt and decided to stop filing with SEC is good for HHSE?

So much money involved the Chinese are buying their way into the US entertainment market. HHSE just so happens to be a cheep ticket for the Chinese to establish a foothold in the US entertainment industry through a publically traded company.

I predict all of HHSE debts will be paid in full and up listing to the NASDQ. The question remains - how will the HHSE shareholders be treated.
