Blue Diamond Consulting, LLC (BDC) a wholly owned subsidiary of Blue Diamond Ventures, Inc. has entered into a Strategic Alliance Agreement to provide services to Alternative Medical Solutions (AMS) a pre-licensed Canadian Cultivator located in Ontario, Canada.

AMS is in the process of completing a Fifty Thousand Square foot cultivation facility in Ontario. BDC under the terms of the agreement has already begun providing services as it assists AMS in Securing financing from a private lender in the amount of $12 million USD to finalize construction and build out of its building. Under this agreement, AMS once funding has been secured ( expecting to close in 14 days), has agreed to:

1) Enter into a Fee for service contract with BDC, whereasBDC will provide consulting services related to the final build out and will work with the principles of AMS to establish a cannabis extraction business.

2) AMS will purchase products and services from BLDV's or BDC's clients , strategic partners or wholly owned subsidiaries to include e but not be limited to: LED Lighting - Antimicrobial Treatments - AgriHit Plant Based Products and more.

3) AMS has also agreed to explore a possible acquisition of its company into BLDV in the near future.

Well what I was trying to say is BLDV is the connection to AMS and the Israeli company. Who is that company? We don't know....yet. But we will. AMS facility will produce on the LOW end, 1 million pounds of pot per year. 1,000,000*2400$ a pound is 2.4 billion dollars a year. Secondly, the Israeli company is going to be backing AMS it sounds like to help them distribute nation and world wide but they need someone like Josh Alper to help them into the USA and other parts of the world. This is going to be so huge. People have no idea what they bought. I do not care about price swings, or the daily ticks. This will see .10+ in the NEAR future. My bet is within a few months tops lol
