It will show debts and assets of the Chinese company. It will show us if they own any patents. It will show us if they have any sales. It will show how much cash they have. It will show a lot.

My Analysis is a little different, please read it completely to get the point I'm trying to make. I understand the concern you are having and I think this will alleviate it.

First , It is my opinion that the consolidated financials they mentioned in the pr could be the financials that were included in the annual report. I could be wrong about that and we may see another filing though. It's just a possibility to consider especially because some things get lost in translation.

Regardless, the important thing is the numbers on the JB&JZMY balance sheet. This is what isn't adding up for some people.

What you have to keep in mind is that JBZJMY is a new holding company established to hold more than one subsidiary. It was merged into DOLV in Dec 2016.

HOWEVER, JBZJMY did not officially acquire Wuhu Huayi Electric Vehicle Co until January 23, 2017. This is the company with the technology and patents.

That is why the December balance sheet of JBZJMY does not reflect the ownership of the EV COMPANY!!

The financial report I want to see is the one for after that January 23rd date!

I hope this helps clear up any concerns about that balance sheet.
