As you ask me, my straightforward answer is that I expect it next week, soon after Labor Day. (JMHO, I need hardly say.)
On the merger issue, though I wouldn't expect that to come immediately, I am convinced it is in the clear interest of both parties to the deal. People tend to forget that all the IP belongs to SunnComm. That is fundamental. Each side needs the other.
It's worth bearing mind that MMXT closed today at one cent. That could be pointing the way up, even if volume was low. I would call it one step in the right direction (into a beckoning future).
