it's done all the time by giving proportional shares in the new entity. basic mathematics. did you read the PR? they're using preferred shares for dequn wang, not commons, and JB + ZJMY is likely not the only acquisition, either.

Dolv could have r/s after going current but didn't. Also, liquidity is very much needed in this, which an r/s would remove.

Makes no difference market cap divided by issued common shares. It pays the same in the end. Look up the past post. Explains it all.

That also isn't true. Company could buy back shares. Again we are in a good place as of today. There is so much DD that points to success. Let's just have patience and it will unfold.
