$WMB Williams' Transco gas pipeline system reports Harvey losses
Williams Cos. (WMB, WPZ) says its Transco natural gas transmission system has experienced ~280M cf/day in losses from offshore producers due to Hurricane Harvey.
The company also says all offshore personnel and non-critical staff in facilities along the Texas Gulf coast have been evacuated ahead of the coming storm.
Transco is the largest U.S. interstate natural gas pipeline system, delivering gas through a 10K-mile pipeline network whose mainline extends nearly 1,800 miles between south Texas and New York City.
