B. It could reveal more than expected assets and be accompanied with major news catalysts.

That's a perfectly reasonable assumption.

I side with Mav.

We know the last release was on a Thursday night at 6:30pm and you choose to sell on Thursday just before close?

Who knows it might work out for you but given what information we have it just doesn't seem like smart risk management to me.
