the fact that they didn't file on time doesn't bother me....the fact that the company filed a LATE NOTICE DOES and then NOTHING!....and also not a peep out of Jimmy to inform investors of SGMD's SEC filing status ....this is the same Jimmy that misinformed investors in a NR ...concerning an incorrect assumptions relating to the status of the distribution agreement?
