Is he going to appeal the decision in california too?
I'm wondering if it's still possible since they just bought back the patent and PC Driver have not been proved guilty of anything?
Right now I have the feeling the CEO don't really give a sh*t about shareholders, he is rebuilding the company and there is no point right now to bring momentum into the stock because, like he said it's mostly going to bring flippers instead of long investor's, at least not till the company is back on track selling services.
Still bullish on this one I think long term will bring good stuff.
