Thank you for this. I just called as well. Very limited on what they could tell me as a random investor. I told him that it appears the application has been submitted and he said if that's the case then they are probably reviewing it right now. If there is no further information needed he will give the company access to the portal so they can upload the filing.

If the filing is complete and ready and there is no further information needed from the company this could happen right away.

He could not give me any specifics about the company though and what the status was.
