Boeing has been outsourcing a lot of their software development to Indian companies for several years now. They work for less, are not paid benefits, and work overtime at no charge. The problem occurs when the temporary workers leave and someone has to figure out what they did in order to maintain the code. I would not doubt that that same outsourcing is occurring throughout the company. It's those HB1 visas. Tech companies claim they do not have qualified US applicants, but I doubt that. It's all about the bottom line.
