Can you imagine the information that would be uncovered if, during discovery in the $170 million SLAPP lawsuit, the Seeking Alpha guy subpoenaed the working papers for EACH subsidiary of CETX from the CETX auditors that were used for the audited financials of CETX that were filed with the SEC?
My guess is that this will happen anyway with the Class Action Lawsuits
Big time trouble ahead for CETX and its stockholders
this is not a suit CETX wants going forward
every moment of this case, PR'd and referring back to the article revealing CETX's dirty auditor and Govi's use of front companies.
