It's total bullshit wasn't even United it was Republic. Once the airport authorities were there it was out of Republics hands. It could have happened on any of the airlines. Do what you are told when the cops show up. One a passenger doesn't comply with the crew your done. He will be a rich man. Just my 2 cents
