In this Majority Report clip, we listen to a 2015 Breitbart interview between Donald Trump and Steve Bannon. Bannon expresses the VERY telling view that "a country is more than an economy, we're a civic society," immediately after he expressed disagreement with Trump's view that we should basically try keep all the smart immigrants. Bannon's view seems to be that it doesn't matter what people of different ethnicities are contributing, society should be organized around ~different~ metrics.
