If that were all true he would have released the valuation by now - it can't be released until it shows more than current pricing - probably he wants it to show .035 or more. And I have to assume he either can't do that yet or has something that may make it worth a little north of .05. And remember he may never be able to show anything positive in the valuation.
What he is trying to do here is very hard and if he gets it done it will be a terrific feat. But in no way is it a done deal.
