This isn't the first time cannabis will be legal in Canada!!
July 1 2003, under a liberal government, the cannabis laws expired, and was legal for 4 days, as a matter of fact during the SAR's concert. It would be still legal, But not for the liberals, they pushed through a new reworked cannabis law that, continued prohibition and made it illegal again. So if the liberals have backed out of legalization twice already What makes investors think they won't not do it again for a 3rd time???? I spent the first hr. of Canadian legalization smoking a joint with Dan Akoryed and 500,000 others, and yes he lit up on stage during his announcment, That actually happened!! Don't overestimate the Liberals they are notorious for reneging on promises?? TWICE BEFORE!!!
