No "Stop Sign" if HEMP files by 4/17

HEMP filed a Notifiction of Late filing on March 31, saying that the company anticipated filing by this Friday (April 14).

The deadline is actually Monday, April 17, and if the annual report isn't filed by then, OTCMarkets could "downtier" the stock to "Pink No Information" (Stop Sign) the next day.

But IIRC, Perlowin has always met the extended filing date, so I expect him to file sometime between now and Midnight on Mon, 4/17.
