The IGMB release doesn't need to say that info. The ECSL release will. SOP in situations like this.

Which we know, but, as an extraordinary event an ex dividend and date of record is outside parameters mwntioned in template.

yeah I read it and as a shareholder of ECSL I'm a part owner of the 60 million IGMB shs and that proportionate amt will be announced going forward. The 60 million IGMB shs are now an assets on the books of the company and sure they could go up or down in value and would have to be reg's at some point in time. I just want to know the payout date and what the prorated amt will be and I'm sure the shs will be restricted for a time, but that will all be part of info coming out of ECSL.....they were paid for the HC side of the business and what the company does with the asset is up to the company. I try to look at the glass being half full as to being half empty and no matter what, whatever amt of IGMB I get, it was more than I had before....time will tell
