Dan told Easy's friend ADXS has cash through 2019 so we are in a position of strength and will only do a good deal. This is good in theory but the flip side is the stock price/shareholder value erosion we have seen/are seeing is the cost of waiting. And Dan has the benefit of giving himself more bonus awards/options along the way to offset the erosion of his stake which mitigates his sense of urgency while IMO shareholders are getting the short end of the stick from waiting it out as we down 33% from the recapitalization price. It's been close to four years since DO took the helm - it's a reasonable concern that we are mad there has been no value creation in the stock and quite the opposite.
