Just to be clear: the 210- and 150-day periods count only the period of the actual review by the designated rapporteurs and exclude the time when the applicant (ADXS in this case) is answering questions raised by the rapporteurs during the review. So, the actual elapsed time of the review is somewhat longer than the above numbers suggest.
