The heavy selling started in March. This settlement is for April 7th. How do you know they've even been issued any shares yet.

The issuance of the (free trading) shares was ordered by the judge on 7 April. My guess would be that our recent Big Seller was not Northbridge, but someone else who knew about the 3(a)(10) settlement, and wanted to get out ahead of the really spectacular dilution to come.

Probably by now, at least an initial tranche of shares has been issued to Northbridge. But were will the volume necessary to dump them come from?
