I think the cap raise pool has dried up. The Sabby deal was below the pps at the time. So a similar private place ment would be at $1 or below.
It looks like the Sabby deal took the wind out of those sales.
A public offering at these levels? Don't think so.
They said they had a year of cash in February.
It's balls to the wall, make or break times.
