At this point in time, for those of us who have hung in there for quite a few years now, any good upward movement can't get here fast enough.

Or, old investors possibly seeing a buying opportunity. That was more likely. As an example, on March 17 I purchased 55,555 more shares @.002. That spike was due to my purchase. Just saying the spike was not necessarily due to NEW investors.
