I just finished up talking to Richard. He said that this is what the company gave to him. He said that he understand the translation issue and will notify the company when he speak with them.
Sounds like tt will take sometime because of time difference and language issue. There is no way that they will re-issue the PR today. Hopefully by Monday an revised PR will be issued to the public.
