I say yes. The stock price takes a hit due to that report.

Even if/when $CHIT gets current, the stock price will continue to take a hit imo so long as there continues to be dilution in my opinion.

5 BILLION authorized. 1,220,000,000 common shares reserved I believe for just a $132,807.98 settlement.

If my math is correct, that comes out to 0.000108859/share doesn't it?

That number of shares reserved for that settlement amount says a ton in my opinion..
